Sad Elvis and Candy Cane Swizzle Sticks @ Monday, Dec. 22, 2003

Perhaps listening to Elvis Costello's North album three times while doing my baking was not such a great idea. Sad, sad, sad. But perhaps my own cd will end with something like "I'm in the mood again."

I have almost all of the chocolate covered pretzels and candy canes (coffee swizzle sticks a la Martha) except for the peanut butter ones. Peanut butter for the pretzels, not candy canes. Peanut butter covered candy canes would just be gross. I'll finish my ornaments and a couple of other things tomorrow as well as my peppermint cookies, pack and fall into bed and then it will be Christmas Eve and time to go home and not think about Big and what he might be doing right now.
