I am going to a skating party.

Yeah, a skating party.

For grown ups.

Dare I mention that I've been wanting to meet an unattached, male grown up?

A skating party for grown ups with no alcohol.

That part I don't quite get considering I'm paying ten bucks to get in...to a party that doesn't start until 11:30.

I'm a little too grown up to start that late but have so far successfully talked myself into still going. I haven't changed into my sleep clothes and I won't stay here in my cozy warm apartment on my cozy couch under my cozy blanket.

I will go out and Meet New People.

New Grown Ups, that is.
